Jarratt Bell, MBA

Additionally, the Nashville Chamber of Commerce and YP Nashville announced Jarratt as a finalist for Nashville's Emerging Leader Award in Real Estate. He also serves as an RPAC trustee for Greater Nashville Association of Realtors' (GNAR). In 2008, Jarratt was named Greater Nashville's Rookie of The Year for the highest sales volume among all new Realtors. Additionally, he was selected as one of only 28 members of the 2008 class of Leadership GNAR. This is quite an honor considering that the GNAR boasts over 4,000 members!
Jarratt has over 10 years of sales experience and is a seasoned real estate investor as well. Prior to entering the real estate field, Jarratt helped start Digital Safety Technologies in Nashville. As Vice President of Planning/Sales, he helped grow it into the market leader in its field at the time of its acquisition in 2005. Years of extensive business travel led Jarratt to shed the corporate world so that he could put his skills to work at home in Nashville. Although he still works late nights to provide clients superior service, now he's in the same city as his family every night!
Jarratt earned an MBA with a concentration in marketing from Vanderbilt University's Owen School of Business where he graduated with honors. Jarratt also has an undergraduate degree in Economics from Vanderbilt (Cum Laude).
